My daughter ordered photocards. Three of her pictures were of poor quality. The support team then contacted me. We were able to upload three new photos. Once we had done this, we were told that we would receive additional photocards. A few days ago, the pictures arrived and my daughter is very happy with the excellent quality. The support team kept us updated throughout the process. In addition, the support team was notified that I had not yet received the item, even though I had already picked it up from the post office.
We were more than satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend the service and the photocards.
