Returns
Due to the nature of our products that are customized/printed with an image/photo that is provided by you the customer, we do not allow returns of customized products. These customized products can't be reused or resold by us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at service@picsqueen.com ,if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will likely request digital photos of the issue to assist our evaluation.
Refunds
In the case that there is an issue with your product, we will replace the product to your satisfaction. If we are unable to replace the product to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund ,you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
